New Potions

This has been working reasonably well in our Dark Sun Game so I will be porting over a version of it. I am reintroducing different levels of healing potions,

Potion Of: Cost/ HP Restored/ Item Level
Cure Minor Wounds: 50gp/ 10 hp/ lvl 5
Cure Light Wounds: 160gp/ 15 hp/ lvl 9
Cure Moderate Wounds: 1000gp/ 25 hp/ lvl 15
Cure Serious Wounds: 4,200gp/ 30 hp/ lvl 19
Cure Grevious Wounds: 25,000gp/ 35 hp/ lvl 25
Cure Deadly Wounds: 105,000gp/ 40 hp/ lvl 29

I will start adding these to the treasure pool, you may purchase them as common items.

There are three potions from Mordenkainen’s Magnificent Emporium that are “new” types of healing potions. Do people want to see these in the game?

Potion of Cure Light Wounds (Level 1/10/20 Uncommon)
Consumable: Potion
Utility Power (Healing) Consumable (Minor Action)
Effect: You drink the potion. If you have a healing surge, you must spend one. Instead of the hit points you would normally regain, you regain 1d8 + 1 (10:2d8+10 – 20:3d8+20) hit points. If you are bloodied and don’t have any healing surges, you still regain the hit points. If neither of these things is true, there is no effect.
